Operating a 24-hour front desk, Hotel Icon is situated a 5-minute walk from Changdeokgung Palace and a 9-minute walk from Anguk Subway Station and Jongno 3-ga Station (Line 1 and 3). It offers comfortable modern rooms and provides free Wi-Fi access throughout the property.

The hotel is just a 7-minute drive to Namdaemun Market and the famous shopping district of Myeongdong. Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village and Jogyesa Temple are all within a 15-minute walk around the hotel.

Fitted with parquet flooring and heating system, air-conditioned rooms are furnished with a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, fridge and electric kettle. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, slippers, shower and free toiletries.

พนักงานบริการดีมาก...ให้ความช่วยเหลือดีเยี่ยม มาแท๊กซี่หา รร.ไม่เจอ ก็ออกมารับถึงถนน มีใจบริการสุดๆ นี่คือข้อดีที่สุดของ รร.นี้คือพนักงานทุกคนดีเยี่ยม ดีจนรู้สึกเกรงใจ ห้องพักสะอาด ทำเลดีเยี่ยม อยู่หลัง IBIS Ambassader Insadong ถ้าจะบอกแท๊กซี่ ให้บอกว่ามา IBIS แล้วลงหน้า IBIS เลย โรงแรมจะอยู่หลัง Ibis เดินมานิดเดียว มีร้านสะดวกซื้อ GS25 อยู่ใกล้ รร.มาก ทำเลดี ร้านอาหารรอบๆ เยอะ เดินไปเต๊นท์แดงตอนกลางคืนที่ Jongno 3 ใกล้มาก คึกคักสุดๆ ห้องพักก็ถือว่าใช้ได้ มีพื้นปาร์เก้ แบบอุ่น มีระบบน้ำอุ่น แอร์ ทีวี ถือว่าคุ้มค่า
เราพักไป 2 ห้อง มีห้องหนึ่งแอร์เสีย พนักงานก็พยายามหาทางแก้ให้ และขอโทษเรามากๆ บอกจะซ่อมให้พรุ่งนี้ พอวันถัดมาเค้าบอกมันซ่อมไม่ได้ คงต้องรอเราเช็คเอ้าท์น่ะแหละ เพราะคิดว่ามันคงเสียจริงๆ คงต้องซ่อมใหญ่ แต่ช่วงที่ไปบังเอิญว่าเป็นช่วงอากาศยังเย็นเดือนเมษา เปิดหน้าต่างก็ยังเย็นเหมือนเปิดแอร์ เลยพออยู่ได้ และพนักงานก็ใส่ใจที่จะเทคแคร์พยายามแก้ปัญหาให้หลายรอบ แต่คงสุดความสามารถจริงๆ เราก็เลยแล้วไป อยู่ๆไปก่อน จะย้ายห้องก็เต็มทั้ง รร.ในวันนั้น แต่พอมาอีกวัน คิดว่าห้องคงพอมีว่างแต่อาจจะไม่ใช่ห้องแบบเดียวกับที่เราจองมา พนักงานเอากระดาษโพสต์อิท เขียนคำขอโทษ และจะย้ายห้องให้หากเราต้องการ แต่พอดีเราของเยอะและพรุ่งนี้เช้าก็จะเช็คเอ้าทฺ์แล้ว เลยไม่ย้าย แต่ทาง รร. ก็ได้แสดงความรับผิดชอบให้เราเห็นแล้วล่ะ
